.1 Separations - Release – Termination for Cause – At Will

Purpose

This process is used to separate a Non-PCS employee who has not acquired Just Cause
Rights, and whose performance or behavior is unsatisfactory.

 

Situational Trigger

Department decides to separate a Non-PCS employee for poor performance or unacceptable behavior. Employee is Non-PCS and has not acquired just cause rights. Department is considering restrictions on future employment.
