.1 Separations - Release – Non-Disciplinary

Purpose

This process is used to separate a Non-PCS employee whose services in the position are
no longer needed; or who has reached the maximum allowable duration of the appointment
under Charter Section 10.104; and whose performance has been satisfactory.
